This is the weekly reminder to come to Tuesday morning's Connecting the Community at Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, 9 am to 11am.

A reminder from last week, Connecting the Community has needed to incorporate. Our meetings will not change but there have been costs incurred. The request for weekly donation be increased to $4. The donations collected will be used to pay for these costs and then the remaining donations will be given to Hill House Hospice.
Also, please remember to buy your coffee or tea from Byron.
Please note that there will be the opportunities to donate items to 2 important causes.
Stan Daneman is collecting items, such as hot chocolate, oatmeal and other such food items, and basic care items for the young people at 360Kids. This is an example of the community providing a circle of care. Please click here for details. Maybe you have items in your pantry, maybe you can add a few things to your grocery list.
Peter Dennis is volunteering at the Out of the Cold program that will be running at St. Mary's Anglican Church. He is collecting much needed items of new or gently used, warm hats, gloves, scarves, winter boots, coats, sweaters, pants, sleeping bags, paperback novels and new underwear and socks, and toiletries - soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, wash cloths, shampoo, lotion, lip balm, combs. Peter will collect items at CTC Jan. 16th, 23rd and 30th.
