Some great people meet on Tuesday mornings, 9 to 11 at RHCPA. Hope you can join us.
Just a reminder to bring business cards and if there is something that I should know in my introduction of you please hand me a note just before we begin.
Deborah McMillan of Knowledge Makes Cents is donating her time/services to 360Kids and running free financial literacy classes for their homeless youths. The first set of classes will be held on June 6th and they are in need of old magazines so the students can cut and paste pictures to create their vision boards. It's so important for these young adults (who are building their future from nothin) to first envision a bright future and set goals for themselves before we start teaching them money skills.
So, if you have any old magazines you want to get rid of, please bring them to the CTC on Tuesday 31st. Or email Deborah and she can come pick them up from you. email@example.com
I did want to make sure that you've seen the new line up for the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts. Click here for the brochure.
And have you made a donation to the Connecting the Community Big Bike team yet? Just click on this link http://support.heartandstroke.ca/site/PageServer?pagename=BB2016_home&utm_campaign=offline&utm_medium=vanity&utm_source=bigbike_ca and click on donate to a team and we're Connecting the Community. Your support for this excellent cause is appreciated. I would like to see our community recognized as being a real supporter of the Heart & Stroke Foundation, for all of their work to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle and prevent heart disease, support for those with heart disease and fund vital research.
