Here's what's happening in Town this weekend.......

Yes, we celebrate Canada 150 this weekend.  Let us remember that it is a celebration of the political will to join the English and the French settlements that were here in this land prior to 1867.  The lands were colonized hundreds of years before this, and very importantly, they were helped, in many ways, by the original people of this land who had lived here for thousands of years. So let's celebrate our great nation but let's remember what we are celebrating and vow to make an even greater nation.
