Held on the streets of Historic Thornhill, Ontario  (Near Yonge St. and Centre St.) is the Thornhill Village Festival this weekend. 

"Make your Mark” in history by signing the construction beam that will be used to help in the construction and expansion of your healthcare facility at Markham Stouffville Hospital.  Invited guests will have the opportunity to meet with Michael Landsberg, Canadian Sports Television Personality as part of the Markham Stouffville hospital expansion celebration. 

Find out who will be the "Best Chili Cook" in Markham or pop in for a taste of the Chili Contest being held at the Main Street Markham Farmers' Market!  Sunday is the 2011 Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research and starts sharp at 8:00 am.
