ARTWALK - First General Meeting of 2009
We're gearing up for another exciting year of Artwalk activities in 2009. Now it's time to start the ball rolling on the various components that make up our annual arts festival.
Everyone who is interested is invited to attend the first General Meeting of the year:
When:Wednesday, May 6 at 7:30 pm
Where: Upper meeting room of St. Michael & All Angels Church
St. Clair at Wychwood.
Board members, program directors already in place, and anyone interested in becoming part of this year's action committee in any way will be most welcome. There are many volunteer opportunities. The first meeting will be an orientation session about this year's plans, event dates, etc. There are many exciting developments to discuss as we look forward to a growing and successful festival.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the meeting. This is your opportunity to provide input, meet your neighbours and friends and contribute to Artwalk's success this year.
