Just a reminder that the deadline for artist applications for ARTWALK: The St. Clair Arts Festival and Studio Tour is fast approaching. The festival will be taking place on the weekend of September 25-26, 2010.
The deadline for applications to all programs is this Monday, August 2nd, so get them in soon! ARTWALK celebrates community and we look forward to including as many artists as possible in this year´s festival. Forms are available both online and in downloadable format here.
There are opportunities to join the Studio Tour, the Outdoor Art Market, the Businesses Become Galleries Tour and the EAGER - Emerging Artists Group Exhibition Revealed. We also have a literary arts category, and a music category.
If you have a junior artist in your family, there is an opportunity to display their art in the Children´s Art Exhibit. In fact, we are adding special programming to this year´s festival especially for younger visitors.
We have received many excellent applications so far and look forward to hearing from others soon.
