This meeting was rescheduled from last week.

Needless to say that your presence is very important as we are in the middle of the election of officers. Therefore all of those members who were Nominated at the last meeting Must be present at this meeting.

The election of the new officers sets the stage for all of our activities and our presence in the community. The Knights of Columbus St. Peter’s Council, has a certain status to uphold in our extended community and among the other councils in the area, and we are looked upon as a very effective council.  It is only through our collective participation and the proper election of officers that we can make a difference.

Patrick J. Briggs

As a charter member of St. Peter’s Council #13896, Deputy Grand Knight Patrick J. Briggs has served his brothers well and long. He has coordinated efforts which have won the Star Council Award every year for the group. Within the council, Patrick has held the positions of:

· Deputy Grand Knight

· Financial Secretary

· Trustee

· Programme Director.

As a member of Cardinal Carter 4th degree Assembly, Sir Knight Patrick has held the positions of: 

· Captain

· Pilot

· Commander of St. Peter’s Honour Guard 

Additionally, Sir Knight Patrick serves in these capacities: 

· District Deputy in the Vaughan Second Degree Exemplification Team.

· Conferring Officer for the State of Ontario Third Degree Exemplification Team.

Patrick J. Briggs worked both as Actor and Producer in the Los Angeles Film Industry.

Patrick has been the Associate Director of Interactive Television at Bell in Toronto.

Patrick holds the Project Management Professional certification title. 

Patrick’s undergraduate degree is in Dramatic Arts with the Klein Memorial Theatre Scholarship.

Patrick’s graduate studies were in Computer Science.
